My order of Renovo came in today, and I just wanted to thank you so much for the attention to detail you put into everything, from the moment it was ordered to shipment to delivery. It was such a pleasant surprise to open the box and see not only the exact products I ordered but also all of the extra supplies (paintbrush, scrub brush, microfiber cloths, etc.) already included. I thought I’d have to go out and buy all of that!! You even printed out instructions with handwritten suggestions. Bob, all I have to say is that this is the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life, hands down. What’s even more impressive is that you’re not only marketing a product, you also seem to share the love we all have for these cars.

I’ve never had very much, but have always loved cars and have worked on them as a side job/hobby ever since I was a kid. After working 12 hour days during my summers and doing whatever else folks would hire me for, I scraped up enough to be able to afford a nicer car and bought my Saab this past May – it’s my first car. I’ll tell ya, it was love at first sight and has been ever since… I plan on keeping the car for the rest of my life and buying one or two more of them for parts since they were discontinued. I actually just got back a few hours ago from working on the car all day, getting her ready for winter!

Also – I saw in your initial e-mail that you were looking for distributors in the US. I just wanted to let you know that I’d be happy to market/ship the product from here. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this product, and am very excited to try it!! And, like you I truly value good customer service, the customers themselves, and of course the cars!!
